My experience with Karla’s catering has been amazing. She went above and beyond for my graduate

school graduation and I will continue to recommend her again in a heartbeat.

LA Farm Girl Catering provided plenty of dietary options so that my vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, or

meat-lover guests were all satisfied. The food was flavorful, but not overpowering; savory, and delicious.

Everything tasted good quality and fresh. Think of a Bristol Farms meets an Asian fusion dining

experience. We requested a Thai theme for our menu, which was more exotic and fun. I especially

enjoyed a shrimp dish she made for me. Many of us went back for seconds, thirds, and then we just

stopped counting...

Karla made a special drink for my graduation—a lychee mixed drink. It was refreshing and just the right

amount of sweet. The bar was fully stocked and she hired helpful servers who were present but

everything felt effortless and natural.

All of the tables were neatly arranged, with elegant, white mantels. All utensils were provided so I did

not have to lift a finger about anything and could just enjoy the celebration after all my hard work.

The cherry on top was the photo booth outside, which provided a little twist of humor that is always

appreciated. It said "educated AF.” This was for our law school graduation, so it was so clever and added

personality to the event. Many of us had fun with it and we now have our memories of that night saved

so we can look back at it and laugh with warm thoughts from that day.

As someone who has known Karla for over ten years, she is a natural multi-tasker and thinks about

every detail so that your event is perfectly planned. I can’t express my gratitude enough for how she

made such a significant day even more memorable through her company’s catering.

Wedding

When people comment on my wedding, the first three things they compliment are: my dress, the ceremony, and without fail, they always mention the catering - specifically the grazing table that LA Farm Girl Catering designed and created.

Working with Karla to customize a menu that would meet our guest’s various dietary needs was much easier than I thought it would be. From gluten free vegan to all you can eat carnivores, each of our guest’s dietary needs was honored with a colorful and flavorful selection. My vegan friend commented that she had never been to a wedding that provided so many options for her.

LA Farm Girl’s grazing table was so beautiful! The colors, textures, variety of options and the beautiful lay out wowed our guests. Pictures of that table made it to everyone’s social media account. I loved that Karla used locally grown, fresh produce that she purchased from nearby farmer’s markets because that’s how I buy my produce as well. It was so great to use a caterer whose values of acquiring produce was aligned with my own.

Karla also worked with my budget, sticking to the number we had agreed on with no surprise additional fees. She worked with the day of wedding planner seamlessly which allowed me to be in the moment and not have to worry about anything going wrong on my very special day.

I would absolutely recommend LA Farm Girl Catering to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, delicious, budget friendly, Instagram worthy caterer.
